privacy policy

last updated october 23, 2026

numbloom is built so your photos stay yours. This policy explains the little data we do handle, and why. numbloom is published by Dmitry Dubovetskyi (Ukraine), who is responsible for your data ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@numbloom.app.

your photos

Collages are made entirely on your device. Photos you select are never uploaded to us or anyone else. Your collage gallery is stored on your device only, and deleting the app deletes it. numbloom only sees the photos you pick in the system photo picker. When you save or print a collage, it asks for permission to add the image to your photo library.

what we collect

The numbloom website doesn't use cookies, analytics or ads.

why we use it

what we don't do

service providers

These companies process data only on our behalf, to provide their service to us:

Some of them are in the United States or other countries outside yours. Where the law requires it, transfers are protected by safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

keeping and deleting data

We keep your account and subscription data while your account exists, and support emails for up to two years. You can delete your account anytime in the app: tap your name, then delete account. This deletes your account and its subscription status right away, your purchase history with RevenueCat within minutes, and the collages saved in the app on that device. Collages you saved to Photos stay there. Deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store subscription, so cancel it in your App Store settings first. You can also email hello@numbloom.app from the address you signed in with, and we'll delete it within 30 days. Apple keeps its own purchase records under its privacy policy.

your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU and UK, Ukraine's personal data law, or US state laws such as California's), you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to or restrict how we use it. Write to hello@numbloom.app and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority. We don't sell or share personal data as defined by California law.

security

Data is encrypted in transit, and our providers protect it with industry-standard security. No system is perfect, but we keep what we hold to the minimum, which is the best protection there is.

children

numbloom isn't directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age for online services in your country), and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, write to hello@numbloom.app and we'll delete it.

changes and contact

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above, and for material changes we'll give you notice in advance, for example by email. Questions? Write to hello@numbloom.app.
