terms of use

last updated october 23, 2026

These terms cover your use of the numbloom app and website, published by Dmitry Dubovetskyi ("we", "us"). By using numbloom you agree to them, along with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA"). If these terms and the Apple EULA conflict, these terms apply to the extent the Apple EULA allows.

who can use numbloom

You must be at least 13, or the minimum age to use online services without parental consent in your country if that's higher. Your account is personal; keep your sign-in email secure.

the service

numbloom turns photos you choose into collages shaped like a number, and lets you download and print them. The free plan includes one collage in the sans-serif style, downloaded at 1080px with a small watermark. numbloom pro unlocks unlimited collages, all number styles, full-resolution downloads without a watermark, and print-ready exports. We may improve or change features over time.

subscriptions and free trial

your content

Your photos and collages are yours. Only use photos you have the right to use. Collages are made on your device, so we don't receive or store them, and we claim no rights in them.

acceptable use

Don't use numbloom to break the law or infringe anyone's rights, and don't try to disrupt, reverse engineer or bypass the app's paid features.

ending your account

You can delete your account anytime in the app (account menu, delete account); see the privacy policy for what that deletes. Deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store subscription. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

disclaimers and liability

numbloom is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running well, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or available. Print results depend on your printer and paper. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for numbloom in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring claims in your local courts.

changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. For material changes we'll give you notice in advance, for example by email. Questions? Write to hello@numbloom.app.
